As an added layer for clients, we have an air filtration system that filters out molds, bacteria and viruses.
Anika’s offers complimentary LED Phototherapy Light Pain relief treatments (also called Photobiomodulation) for all one hour or longer services. During your consultation, your massage therapist will let you know if you are a candidate for this service. LED Light Therapy is well known for its healing benefits like reducing inflammation.

Deep tissue massage incorporates many classic massage therapy strokes, but is more therapeutic. Your massage therapist may use deeper pressure and trigger point techniques to release chronic muscle tension deep in your muscle
A great treatment for all athletes. The massage therapist will focus on areas of overuse from repetitive movements.
Massage therapy can help ease muscular discomforts that are common during pregnancy. Prenatal massage uses mild pressure similar to Swedish massage. During the consultation, your massage therapist will customize your massage based on your treatment time to maximize the benefits for your unique needs as an expecting mother.
Please note- Prior to any prenatal massage treatment mom’s to be should discuss with their physician if this is right for you. A prenatal massage is not recommended during the first trimester. LED Phototherapy is also not recommended.
