Cleanse your face

Turn on the light and the built in 3 minute treatment timer will begin.

Place the light gently touching your skin and hold in place.

After the timer beeps, move the ligth to a new area and repeat until you have treated all desired areas.

Use daily ( but no more than once a day)

Once you have acheived your results, use two or three times weekly.
